The MA Studio offers a variety of design and development services, including but not limited to Brand Design, Brand Strategy, Brand Story, Graphic Design, UI/UX, Web Development, and Marketing. Our services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.

All materials, content, and designs provided by The MA Studio are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our materials without our explicit consent.
Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you (client) agree to:
1. Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the project.
2. Review and approve all deliverables within the agreed-upon timeframes.
3. Communicate promptly and provide feedback during the project.
4. Adhere to payment terms as specified in the agreement.
5. Agree on any other terms that are promptly made during the agreement/contract for that say.
Payment
Payment for our services will be as agreed upon in the project proposal or contract. We may require a deposit before commencing work, with the remainder due upon project completion. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays or suspension of services.
Confidentiality
We will treat all information shared with us as confidential, and we will not disclose it to third parties without your consent. Similarly, we expect you to keep any confidential information regarding our business and services private.
Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality services, The MA Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or materials.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India-IN, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
